What Kubr is, and is not
Kubr is a technology platform that produces records-verified due-diligence reports. Kubr is not an investment adviser, research analyst, credit rating agency, credit bureau, law firm or auditor. Reports and website content are information, not advice or a recommendation, and Kubr does no underwriting. Our scope statement and disclosures set out the position in full, including who may rely on a report.
Use of this website
- The website content is general information. Do not treat it as advice of any kind.
- Case studies summarise public records, linked on each case. They report what the sources say, are not Kubr’s own findings and are not a statement of guilt.
- Do not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape it in a way that burdens it.
- Do not send confidential financial information through website forms. Secure transfer is arranged in the engagement.
Engagements
Paid work is governed by the engagement letter agreed with the client. Where it differs from this page, the engagement letter applies for that work.
Corrections
If you are named in a case study and believe it is inaccurate, use our right-of-reply process.
Intellectual property
The website and its original content belong to Kubr. Cited public records remain the property of their publishers.
