For India

Regulatory status in India

1.1 Kubr is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India as an investment adviser or research analyst and does not provide investment advice or publish research. Investment advice and research analysis are regulated under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013 and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.

1.2 Kubr is not a firm of chartered accountants, an advocate or law firm, a credit information company, an Account Aggregator, a stock broker, a merchant banker or a non-banking financial company.

1.3 A company in the Kubr group is registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India as an investment adviser. That company is a separate legal entity with its own name, registration number, agreements, fees and website, on which its required disclosures are published. Kubr does not give advice on its behalf, and neither pays nor receives any fee or share of revenue for introductions between the two. Where a Client uses both, the relationship is disclosed in writing as a potential conflict of interest.

Who we serve in India

2.1 Kubr serves business and institutional Clients only, being funds (including alternative investment funds), family offices, banks, non-banking financial companies and other lenders, companies and their finance teams, and chartered accountant and law firms acting for their own clients. Kubr does not serve individuals investing for themselves.

2.2 India has no single statutory definition of a wholesale client on which Kubr relies. Eligibility is therefore established by the Engagement Letter, in which the Client confirms that it acts in a business or professional capacity.

Data protection in India

3.1 The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies to digital personal data. Records of a company are not personal data. Particulars of directors, promoters and employees are personal data. The Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 were notified on 14 November 2025 and commence in phases, with the principal duties of data fiduciaries following approximately eighteen (18) months later.

3.2 Until a provision has commenced, Kubr processes personal data in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and applies the standard of consent that the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 prescribes. Kubr is the data fiduciary for personal data processed for the purpose of preparing a Report, subject to the Engagement Letter.

3.3 Bank data is obtained through an Account Aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India, which may pass data only to regulated financial institutions. Kubr therefore reads bank data through a regulated partner or the Client's own regulated institution, or the company uploads statements.

3.4 A data principal may exercise rights and make a grievance by writing to hello@kubr.in. Where the relevant provisions are in force, a data principal who is dissatisfied with the response may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Definitions and interpretation

1.1 In this page, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms have the meanings set out in this clause.

  • "Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations, binding regulatory requirements and orders of a competent court or authority that apply to a party, to an Engagement or to the processing of personal data in connection with it, in the jurisdiction concerned.
  • "Business Day" means a day other than a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday in the city in which the registered office of Kubr is situated.
  • "Client" means the business, institution or professional firm that enters into an Engagement Letter with Kubr and for whom a Report is prepared.
  • "Data Set" means the documents, records, data and access permissions that Kubr requires from the Client, the subject company or third-party sources in order to prepare a Report, as specified in the Engagement Letter. A Data Set is complete only when Kubr has confirmed receipt of every item so specified in a usable form.
  • "Engagement" means the supply of one Report under one Engagement Letter.
  • "Engagement Letter" means the written agreement between Kubr and the Client that fixes the scope, subject company, purpose, fee, liability terms and other conditions of an Engagement.
  • "Kubr" means the legal entity that contracts with the Client under the Engagement Letter and operates the website at kubr.in, as identified in the section of this page headed "Who we are and what we are not".
  • "Report" means a due-diligence report of fixed scope on a private company, prepared by Kubr from public records and from information supplied or consented to by the Client or the subject company, and reviewed by an analyst before release.
  • "Standard Turnaround" means the target period of two (2) to five (5) Business Days, measured from Kubr's receipt of a complete Data Set, within which Kubr aims to release a Report in its standard form.

1.2 Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. References to "including" mean including without limitation. A reference to a statute includes that statute as amended or re-enacted from time to time.

1.3 Where a period is expressed in "calendar days", it includes every day of the week. Every other period in this page that is expressed in days is measured in Business Days.

Who we are and what we are not

2.1 Kubr is a provider of Reports on private companies to professional and institutional Clients. The contracting entity is identified as follows.

  • [Kubr legal entity name and registration number to be inserted before launch]

2.3 Kubr is not an investment adviser, research analyst, law firm, audit or accounting firm, credit rating agency or credit bureau. Kubr is not a broker, merchant banker, investment bank, lender or deposit-taker, and it does not hold client money or securities.

2.4 Kubr does not provide investment, legal, tax, accounting or audit advice. Kubr does not issue opinions, ratings, valuations or recommendations to buy, sell, hold, lend, proceed or refrain from any transaction.

2.5 The registered office and registration details of Kubr are stated in each Engagement Letter and are available on request from hello@kubr.in. Regional statements of regulatory status for each market that Kubr serves are set out in the regional notices published on this page.

Scope of the Report and no advice

3.1 Kubr supplies a Report. A Report is a product of fixed scope, prepared with analyst review, and it is not an open-ended or continuing service. The subject company, purpose, scope, content and fee of each Report are fixed in the Engagement Letter.

3.2 A Report sets out what the records examined show, what they do not show, and any respect in which those records differ from statements made by the management of the subject company. The Client alone takes every decision in connection with the subject matter of the Report.

3.3 A Report is not a recommendation to invest in, lend to, sanction, acquire or deal with any person, or to refrain from doing so. Nothing on this website constitutes investment, legal, tax, accounting or audit advice.

3.4 Any additional Report, any re-performance of work, any expansion of scope and any repeated or periodic work is a separate Engagement, is documented in a separate Engagement Letter and is priced separately.

No offer or solicitation

4.1 Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, an invitation or a solicitation to buy, sell or subscribe for any security or other financial product, or to engage in any investment activity, in any jurisdiction in which such an offer, invitation or solicitation would be unlawful.

4.2 Nothing on this website is intended to be a financial promotion or advertisement of a regulated product or service in any jurisdiction.

4.3 Sample Reports and figures marked as illustrative do not describe any real company.

4.4 This website is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, retail investors or consumers in any jurisdiction.

Delivery, turnaround and revisions

5.1 Standard Turnaround. The Standard Turnaround of two (2) to five (5) Business Days is a target, measured from Kubr's receipt of a complete Data Set. It is an estimate and not a warranty, undertaking or guarantee of any delivery date.

5.2 First draft. Release of a first draft of a Report may take up to ten (10) Business Days from receipt of a complete Data Set, and may take longer where the scope, the volume of material or the response times of third-party sources so require. Kubr will inform the Client of a longer period where it becomes aware of one.

5.3 Extension of time. Any period for delivery is extended by the duration of any of the following:

  • illness or unavailability of the personnel responsible for review of the Report;
  • failure, interruption or unavailability of technology or artificial intelligence systems used in preparing the Report;
  • a business continuity event affecting Kubr or its suppliers;
  • an event of force majeure, being any event beyond the reasonable control of Kubr, including fire, flood, epidemic, war, civil disturbance, governmental action and failure of public utilities or communications networks;
  • delay, omission or error on the part of the Client or the subject company, including delay in supplying any item of the Data Set; and
  • delay or unavailability of any registry, court, regulator, data provider or other third-party source.

5.5 No remedy for delay. Kubr is not liable for any loss arising from delay in delivery, and no reduction, credit, rebate or refund of any fee is payable by reason of delay. Nothing in this clause excludes any liability, or any right of the Client, that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5.6 Revisions. Each Engagement includes one (1) round of corrections of factual errors in the Report. The Client must request the round in writing within ten (10) Business Days of delivery of the Report, identifying each asserted error and, where available, the record supporting the correction. Kubr will review the request and amend the Report where an error of fact is established.

5.7 Matters outside the revision round. A request to add subject matter, to extend the period examined, to examine further persons or sources, to re-perform work, to reflect events after the date of the Report or to alter a conclusion that rests on the records examined is a request for new work and is a separate Engagement priced separately.

Client eligibility

6.1 Kubr supplies Reports only to professional, wholesale or institutional Clients as each market defines them, being funds, family offices, lenders, companies and their finance teams, and accounting and law firms acting for their own clients.

6.2 Kubr does not accept an engagement from an individual acting for personal investment or consumer purposes.

6.3 Kubr may require evidence of status before accepting an Engagement and may decline any Engagement without giving reasons.

6.4 The definition of an eligible Client differs between markets. The definition that applies in each market is stated in the regional notice for that market and is confirmed by the Client in the Engagement Letter. A Client that ceases to be eligible must notify Kubr promptly at hello@kubr.in.

Nature of Reports and non-reliance

7.1 A Report is prepared solely for the Client named in the Engagement Letter and solely for the purpose stated in it. A Report is not an audit, a legal opinion, a valuation, a rating or investment advice.

7.2 No person other than the Client may rely on a Report. Kubr owes no duty of care to any person who receives, reads or relies on a Report other than the Client, whether or not that person has paid for it.

7.3 A Client may request a reliance letter in favour of a named third party. Kubr may decline the request. A reliance letter, if issued, is subject to its own terms and does not extend the scope of the Engagement.

7.4 A Report describes the records that Kubr obtained as at the time of obtaining them. Records may be late, incomplete or inaccurate at source. Where a figure was supplied by the subject company and could not be verified independently, the Report identifies it as company-supplied.

7.5 A result in which no adverse matter is reported means only that none was found in the records examined. It does not mean that none exists.

Third-party data limits and accuracy

9.1 Kubr does not control the sources from which it obtains information and does not warrant their accuracy, completeness or availability. Registers may lag behind filings, portals may be unavailable, and names may coincide. Some markets publish limited information, small private companies may file no accounts, and some registers are not open to the public.

9.2 Kubr cannot observe cash that did not pass through a bank account, bank accounts that the company did not link, agreements that were not filed, or the intent behind a transaction. Each Report states the limits that applied to it.

9.3 Where a Report refers to a credit rating, the rating is the published opinion of the rating agency, is linked to the original release and is not an opinion of Kubr. Kubr does not reproduce rating rationales and does not use rating agency material to train models.

9.4 Any time stated on this website or in marketing material for the preparation of a Report is an estimate. The governing terms on timing are those set out in the Delivery, turnaround and revisions section of this page and in the Engagement Letter.

AI-assisted services

10.1 Layer one: disclosure in plain terms. Kubr may use artificial intelligence and AI-enabled agents in certain aspects of its services. These systems may process information provided by the Client or generated through the Client's use of the services and may, where expressly authorised, perform specified actions on the Client's behalf.

10.2 AI systems can produce unexpected outputs or behaviours, including errors, unintended actions, or attempts to access or process information outside their intended context. Kubr maintains technical, organisational and human-oversight measures designed to restrict such behaviour and to protect the Client's information. No automated system can be guaranteed to operate without error or unexpected behaviour. Where an AI system is permitted to take consequential actions, Kubr may require human review or confirmation.

10.3 An analyst reviews each flag generated by software against its source record before a Report is released. No Report is issued by software alone. No automated process makes a decision with legal or similarly significant effect on an individual without human review.

10.4 Where Applicable Law gives an individual a right to information about, or to contest, automated processing, the individual may write to hello@kubr.in and Kubr will explain how a flag was produced.

10.5 Controls. Kubr applies the following controls to AI systems used in its services:

  • permission checks, so that an AI system acts only within the access that has been granted to it;
  • minimum necessary data, so that an AI system receives only the data required for the task;
  • purpose restriction, so that data is used only for the purpose for which it was supplied;
  • action validation, so that actions proposed by an AI system are checked before they take effect;
  • human approval for high-risk actions;
  • audit logging of actions taken by and through AI systems;
  • monitoring of AI systems for unexpected behaviour; and
  • the ability to suspend an AI agent.

10.6 Layer two: terms applicable to the Client. AI functionality is provided subject to defined permissions, usage restrictions, human-oversight controls and applicable third-party service terms. Except to the extent prohibited by Applicable Law, Kubr shall not be liable for losses arising solely from the output or action of an AI system where Kubr has complied with its stated security, access-control and oversight obligations.

10.7 Kubr remains responsible for its own obligations in relation to lawful processing, security, confidentiality and the protection of Client information, subject to Applicable Law. Nothing in this section excludes or limits any obligation or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10.8 Layer three: third-party AI providers. Certain AI functionality may be provided using third-party AI models or services. To the extent permitted by Applicable Law and by Kubr's contractual arrangements with such providers, responsibility for failures attributable solely to a third-party AI service may be allocated between Kubr and the relevant provider in accordance with Kubr's agreements with that provider. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10.9 Kubr does not use Client confidential material to train AI models for the benefit of any other person. Kubr requires each third-party AI provider that processes Client information to do so under written terms that restrict use to the provision of the service.

Confidentiality and conflicts

11.1 Client materials and Reports are confidential. Kubr uses them only for the purposes of the Engagement, discloses them only to persons who require them for that purpose and are bound by duties of confidence, and does not name a Client or describe its work without written permission. These obligations do not apply to information that is public other than through breach, or that Kubr is required to disclose by Applicable Law or by order of a competent authority.

11.2 Kubr does not act for both sides of the same transaction, and does not carry out diligence on a company that it assisted in raising capital, unless every affected party has received written disclosure and has consented in writing.

11.3 Kubr conducts a conflicts check at intake. Personnel of Kubr are prohibited from trading in the securities of a company while it is the subject of an Engagement.

11.4 Where a Client also uses a licensed partner or a group company of Kubr, the relationship is disclosed to the Client in writing.

Fees and fee independence

12.1 Kubr's fees are payable by the Client under the Engagement Letter, and Kubr receives its fees solely from the Client.

12.2 Fees are fixed in the Engagement Letter and do not depend on whether a transaction completes, whether a loan is made, or on the content of a Report. Prices shown on this website are indicative only, and the Engagement Letter fixes the fee payable.

12.3 Kubr charges no success fee and receives no commission, finder's fee, referral fee or share of revenue from any person, including any counterparty to a transaction and any company that is the subject of a Report.

12.4 Fees are payment for services supplied and are not client money. Fees for additional Reports, re-performance, expanded scope or repeated work are payable separately under a separate Engagement Letter.

Limitation of liability

13.1 Unless the Engagement Letter provides otherwise, the total aggregate liability of Kubr to the Client arising out of or in connection with an Engagement, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, is limited to the fees paid or payable by the Client for that Engagement.

13.2 Kubr is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of goodwill, or for any decision taken by the Client or by any third party on the basis of a Report.

13.3 No person other than the Client may rely on a Report, and Kubr has no liability to any such person.

13.4 Nothing on this page or in an Engagement Letter excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for wilful misconduct, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13.5 Nothing on this page affects any right of a Client under the law of its own country that cannot be waived by agreement. The binding terms between the parties are those of the Engagement Letter, which prevails over this page in the event of inconsistency.

Partners and referrals

14.1 Kubr does not hold the licences required for certain work, including investment advice and research, audit and attest work, legal opinions, insolvency appointments and regulated aggregation of bank data. Where a Client requires such work, a licensed firm performs it under its own name, agreement, fees and regulatory status.

14.2 Any introduction to a licensed firm is made case by case at the request of the Client, and the licensed firm engages the Client separately.

14.3 Kubr neither pays nor receives any referral fee, commission or share of revenue for introducing a Client to a licensed partner or for being introduced by one.

14.4 A licensed partner is not responsible for a Report, and Kubr is not responsible for the work of a licensed partner. Kubr does not share a Report with a licensed partner without the written consent of the Client.

14.5 Where a company in the Kubr group is regulated, it is a separate legal entity that acts under its own agreement and its own regulatory disclosures. Kubr discloses the relationship in writing to any Client that uses both.

Intellectual property and use of Reports

15.1 The name and marks of Kubr, the text and design of this website, and the methods and templates of Kubr belong to Kubr or its licensors. Public-record data belongs to its publishers and is used subject to their terms.

15.2 Subject to payment of the fee, the Client may use a Report for the purpose stated in the Engagement Letter and may share it, on a need-to-know basis, with its own directors, employees, advisers and funders, who may not rely on it.

15.3 The Client must not republish a Report, sell it, use it to build a competing data product, or supply it to the models of any third party for training.

15.4 Links to third-party websites are provided for reference only. Kubr does not control, and is not responsible for, the content of those websites.

Case studies and the casebook

16.1 Case pages summarise public documents of regulators, courts, tribunals and the press, each of which is cited and linked. Case pages do not describe work done for any Client of Kubr.

16.2 Many case pages describe allegations, interim orders or proceedings that have not concluded and that may be disputed by the parties. A case page records what its sources state. It is not a finding by Kubr and is not a statement that any person has committed any wrong.

16.3 A person named on a case page who considers it inaccurate, out of date or unfair may write to hello@kubr.in identifying the page and the correction requested. Kubr will review the request, correct errors of fact, add a later outcome where a public record of it is supplied, or remove the page where its content cannot be supported.

16.4 Kubr aims to acknowledge such a request within seven (7) calendar days. A request does not waive any right of the person making it.

Privacy Notice

17.1 Controller or data fiduciary. Kubr, being the entity identified in the section of this page headed "Who we are and what we are not", determines the purposes and means of processing of personal data that it collects from public records and other sources for the purpose of preparing a Report, and is the controller (or, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 of India, the data fiduciary) for that data. Where Kubr processes personal data supplied by a Client solely on the Client's instructions, the Engagement Letter states whether Kubr acts as processor (or data processor) for the Client.

17.2 Personal data processed. Kubr processes the following categories of personal data:

  • names, identifiers, roles, shareholdings, addresses and appointment histories of directors, promoters, beneficial owners and counterparties, drawn from public records;
  • court, tribunal, regulator and press records that name those individuals;
  • bank, tax and ledger data of the subject company and of individuals, supplied by or obtained with the consent of the company or individual concerned;
  • contact and business details of Client personnel and of persons who contact Kubr; and
  • technical data generated when a person uses this website, to the extent described in the website section of this page.

17.3 Purposes. Kubr processes personal data for the purposes of preparing and delivering Reports, verifying identity and eligibility of Clients, performing the Engagement Letter, responding to enquiries and complaints, maintaining security and audit records, complying with Applicable Law and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.

17.4 Lawful basis and consent. Where the General Data Protection Regulation or the UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, Kubr relies on its legitimate interests in supplying Reports to professional Clients, on performance of a contract, on compliance with legal obligations and, where required, on consent. In other jurisdictions Kubr relies on consent, on the exemptions and legitimate uses that Applicable Law recognises for publicly available personal data, and on other bases that Applicable Law permits. Where processing rests on consent, consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting processing already carried out.

17.5 Sources. Personal data is obtained from public registries, courts, regulators and similar sources, from the Client, from the subject company and from data partners. Where Kubr obtains personal data from a source other than the individual, it gives notice to the individual to the extent Applicable Law requires.

17.6 Recipients and sub-processors. Kubr discloses personal data only to the Client for whom a Report is prepared, to hosting and technology providers, to data partners, to providers of artificial intelligence models and services that process data on Kubr's behalf, to professional advisers, and to courts and authorities where Applicable Law requires. Each provider that processes personal data on behalf of Kubr is bound by written terms that require it to protect that data and to use it only for the services that it provides to Kubr. A list of categories of sub-processors is available on request from hello@kubr.in.

17.7 Retention. Kubr retains personal data for the duration of the Engagement and thereafter only for as long as is necessary for the purposes stated in this notice or required by Applicable Law or the Engagement Letter, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

17.8 Cross-border transfers. Personal data may be processed in a country other than that in which it was collected. Where Applicable Law restricts such transfers, Kubr transfers personal data only under the mechanism that Applicable Law requires, including standard contractual clauses, the United Kingdom international data transfer agreement or addendum, or a transfer permitted under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore or other applicable law.

17.9 Rights. Subject to the conditions and exemptions of Applicable Law, an individual may have the following rights:

  • in India, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023: to obtain information about personal data processed, to seek correction and erasure, to withdraw consent, to nominate another person to exercise rights, and to have grievances redressed;
  • in the United Kingdom and the European Union, under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the General Data Protection Regulation: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, together with the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
  • in Australia, under the Privacy Act 1988: access to and correction of personal information, and complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner;
  • in the United States, under applicable state privacy laws: rights that may include to know, access, correct and delete personal information and to appeal a refusal;
  • in Canada, under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and, in Quebec, the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector: access, correction, withdrawal of consent and challenge to compliance;
  • in Singapore, under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012: access, correction and withdrawal of consent; and
  • in Hong Kong, under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486): access to and correction of personal data.

17.10 Security. Kubr maintains technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration and disclosure, including access controls, encryption where appropriate, audit logging and the AI controls described in the AI-assisted services section of this page.

17.11 Personal data breach. Where a personal data breach occurs, Kubr will notify the affected Client, and will notify the competent authority and affected individuals, in each case within the time and in the manner that Applicable Law requires.

17.12 Contact and grievance. Requests to exercise a right, questions about this notice and grievances concerning personal data may be sent to hello@kubr.in with the word "Privacy" in the subject line. Kubr will acknowledge a request within seven (7) calendar days and will respond within the period that Applicable Law prescribes or, where none is prescribed, within thirty (30) calendar days. Kubr will publish on this page, before launch, the name and contact details of any grievance officer, data protection officer or local representative that Applicable Law requires it to designate. An individual who is dissatisfied with a response may complain to the competent authority identified in the regional notice for that individual's jurisdiction.

17.13 Preview site. Enquiries submitted through this preview website are stored on a hosted preview service that is not the environment described by Kubr for the delivery of Reports. Persons must not submit documents or personal data through the preview website.

17.14 Cookies and fonts. This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no analytics. The browser of a visitor loads typefaces from Google Fonts, and Google accordingly receives the visitor's internet protocol address when a page loads.

Complaints and grievances

18.1 Complaints about a Report, a case page, the services of Kubr, the handling of personal data and requests under privacy law may be sent to hello@kubr.in with the word "Complaint" in the subject line.

18.2 Kubr will acknowledge a complaint within seven (7) calendar days, will identify the person handling it and will respond in writing within the period prescribed by Applicable Law or, where none is prescribed, within thirty (30) calendar days. Kubr will say if a longer period is required.

18.3 A complainant who is dissatisfied may refer the matter to the regulator or authority identified in the regional notice for the relevant market. Because Kubr does not carry on regulated financial services, no financial ombudsman or securities regulator ordinarily has jurisdiction over a complaint about a Report. Privacy regulators may receive complaints about the handling of personal data.

18.4 Any further dispute process available to a Client is stated in the Engagement Letter.

Governing law and jurisdiction

19.1 Draft position, subject to counsel confirmation. Each Engagement is governed by the law stated in the Engagement Letter, which by default is the law of England and Wales or the law of Singapore.

19.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with an Engagement, including any question about its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre in accordance with its rules. The seat of arbitration is Singapore. The tribunal consists of one arbitrator, appointed by the institution and not by either party. The law governing the arbitration agreement is the law of the seat.

19.3 Either party may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction for urgent interim relief.

19.4 A Client in India may elect a domestic arbitration variant seated in Mumbai or Delhi, in which the arbitrator is likewise appointed by an institution.

19.5 Nothing in this section affects any right that a party has under Applicable Law that cannot be waived by agreement.

Website terms

20.1 This website is provided on an "as is" basis for information only. Kubr does not warrant that it is complete, current or free from error, or that it will be available without interruption.

20.2 Nothing on this website is advice, and no person may rely on it in making any decision.

20.3 To the extent permitted by Applicable Law, Kubr is not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or reliance on, this website. Liability in respect of Reports is governed solely by the Engagement Letter.

20.4 Persons must not send confidential documents or personal data through this website or by email unless a secure route has been agreed in writing with Kubr.

Changes to this page

21.1 Kubr may amend this page when its services, partners, data sources or Applicable Law change. The date shown at the head of the page identifies the current version.

21.2 Unless the Engagement Letter provides otherwise, an Engagement is governed by the version of this page in force on the date of the Engagement Letter.

Last updated September 2026. Questions or corrections: hello@kubr.in. Kubr is pre-launch, and this page is being confirmed with counsel in each market.
