KUBR

Services

Eleven reports, grouped by deal stage.

Before you sign. At the committee. After the money moves. Each page says what we check, what you receive and what we cannot see.

In India: 11 of 11 services are offered. The tag beside each name (Full, Partial or Planned) says how much of that service is available here.

Indicative prices in INR, before GST at 18%. Scope and price are fixed in the engagement letter.

The fee follows the size of the deal.

Fixed before work starts. Never tied to the deal closing or to what we find.

Where to start

A usual order in India.

INDIA ONLY · A SEPARATE COMPANY

Investment advice is a separate business. Our group's SEBI-registered investment adviser offers it, to India residents, under its own name, terms and fees. Kubr does not give advice and is not paid for introductions.

How the two are separated
ConsentNothing moves until the company says yes.
  • 01

    Request

The consent screen names Kubr, the purpose and the period.

  • 02

    Approve

The company approves inside its own bank or GST login.

  • 03

    Pull

Data arrives from the source, not as a PDF. We log when and how.

  • 04

    Expire

Access ends with the engagement, or sooner if the company withdraws it.

If the company says no, those checks don't run. The report says so.

The receiptEvery figure says where it came from.
Source-pulled

We got it from the bank, the GST network, the registry or another primary record.

Company-supplied

It came from management. We had nothing to test it against.

Mismatch

The company and the source disagree. The rows behind the gap are attached.

2 to 5 daysDays, not weeks.

The term is 2 to 5 days from a complete data set (everything we asked for has arrived),. It covers the standard pack of each service, and most take far less. Deeper work is an extension, on a date agreed in writing.

  • 01

    Clock starts

If the data route is fully automatic, when payment clears. If the company must give consent or send papers, when the set is complete.

  • 02

    Clock pauses

A government portal is down, or the company is slow to answer a question we raised after the set was complete. Each pause is logged and shown to you. Before the set is complete the clock has not started, so waiting for consent is not a pause.

  • 03

    We deliver

The pack arrives with every figure tagged to its source.

  • 04

    If we are late

The fee for that pack falls for each business day of delay, and the report is still delivered. That is a price adjustment, not a promise that the report is accurate.

ScaleBigger deals take longer.

Hours become days when people need to talk to each other. A large raise, a big group or several rounds cannot be checked in 2 to 5 days, because they need back and forth.

SizeWhat it looks likeTimelineWhy
StandardOne company, 12 months of data and up to three bank accounts. Deal size sets the price, not the tier. Two to five Business Days from a complete data set.One intake sheet. Almost no back and forth.
MidA group of two to five entities, 24 months of data, or more than three bank accounts.3 to 5 Business Days, agreed at scoping.Rounds of questions with management. New papers arrive in the data room.
LargeSix or more entities, several rounds, or a raise large for the market.A written timetable at engagement. Usually 2 to 4 weeks.Management sessions, expert calls, comments from counsel, sign-offs from the deal team. People set the pace, not machines.

The 2 to 5 day window covers standard packs, and a first screen on larger work where the data route is automatic. Full work on a larger deal follows the timetable we write when scope is agreed.

PeopleSoftware drafts. A person reviews.

We use AI tools to draft and to cross-check. An analyst reads every flag against its source row before a report leaves us, and is named on the report. Review is designed to catch errors. It can't promise there are none.
