Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and how to exercise your rights. Effective 28 October 2026.

Who we are

KUBR is a trading name of Rahul Raj Agarwal, sole proprietor, Vashi, Kopar Khairane, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400709, India. Email: hello@kubr.in. Phone: +91 89615 18856. Kubr is the controller of the personal data described on this page.

What Kubr is

Kubr is a technology platform that produces records-verified due-diligence reports. Kubr is not an investment adviser, research analyst, credit rating agency, credit bureau, law firm or auditor. Reports are information, not advice or a recommendation, and Kubr does no underwriting. See what we don’t do and our disclosures.

Data from website forms

When you use a form on this website, such as the contact or partner forms, the details you enter are sent through FormSubmit to hello@kubr.in. We use them to reply to you and to scope work you ask about. Please do not send confidential financial information through website forms. Secure transfer of client documents is arranged in the engagement.

Hosting, analytics and email

How engagement data is handled and secured is described on our security and data page, which we do not repeat here.

Case studies and public records

Case studies are built from public records, namely regulator orders, court judgments, registry filings and published reporting, about companies and, where named in those records, their officers. Cases that are live, under appeal or not final are not published. The sources for each case are linked on its page.

Anyone named in a case can ask for a correction or add a statement. See our right of reply policy.

Markets

Kubr serves India, Australia, the UK, the EU, the US, Canada, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Your rights

You may ask for access to your personal data, correction of it, erasure of it, or object to its use, and you may make a grievance. Write to hello@kubr.in or use the right-of-reply form.

How long we keep it

Messages sent through website forms are kept for as long as we need them to answer you and for any engagement that follows, and no longer than three years after our last contact unless the law requires longer. Case studies stay published while the underlying records remain public and accurate.

Where your data goes

Kubr is run from India. Our hosting provider, Vercel, and our form and email providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. For visitors in the EU and UK, such transfers rely on safeguards recognised under the GDPR and UK GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Complaints to a regulator

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India, the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or the data protection authority in your EU country.
