How anyone named in a case can ask for a correction or add a statement. Effective 28 October 2026.
Who can ask
Anyone named in a case may request a correction or ask us to add a statement. Case studies are built from public official records. Cases that are live, under appeal or not final are not published.
What happens next
- We acknowledge your request within 5 business days.
- We decide within 15 business days.
- If a record is shown to be inaccurate, or an outcome has changed on appeal, we correct the case and add a dated correction note.
- Accurate summaries of final official outcomes are not removed, but a reply statement can be appended.

Do not include confidential financial information. Official document links are enough; we will ask for anything further.
